These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website https://milvetti.com (“Website”) and the custom software development services provided by Milvetti (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By engaging our services or accessing our Website, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Scope of Service
Milvetti provides custom software development services, primarily focused on trading automation, Pine Script development for TradingView, and related technical solutions. Each project is governed by an individual agreement that outlines project-specific details such as scope, fees, and delivery terms.
2. Payment Terms
- All projects require payment in advance, prior to the commencement of work.
- The agreed project fee covers only the development as defined in the project scope.
- Bug fixes related to the agreed scope are included.
- Additional requests or new features beyond the original agreement will be subject to separate negotiation and additional cost.
3. Delivery and Testing
- After delivery, the Client is responsible for testing the software/indicator to ensure it works as intended.
- If the delivered product does not function as defined in the agreed scope, the project may be cancelled and a full refund issued. In such case, the client will not receive the source code or the final product.
4. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
- The Developer agrees not to share, resell, or distribute the client’s code, project details, or related information.
- All project-related information remains confidential between both parties.
- Intellectual property ownership will follow the terms defined in the individual project agreement.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- The Developer is not responsible for testing the indicator or software with real funds.
- The Client acknowledges that all developed tools are for educational and testing purposes only until independently verified.
- The Developer/Company shall not be liable for any financial losses, trading losses, or damages arising from the use of the delivered software.
- All services are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind.
6. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only available if the delivered product fails to meet the agreed project scope and functionality.
- Refund requests outside of this condition will not be accepted.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a project or access to our services if:
- A client violates these Terms,
- Attempts to misuse or resell our services/code,
- Engages in fraudulent or abusive activity.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and all agreements between Milvetti and its clients shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Website or Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
